♦ This crochet mantilla or vest I found at a broccante market here in The Netherlands, as a neutral beige piece. I handdyed it a very dark and desaturated purple by mixing black and purple dye. Finally I added lots of pleated vintage lace and a lace trim in black and replaced the cord around the neck with black floral trim.
