♦ This lace waistcoat is made of soft polyamid elastan lace The piece is decorated with lots of broad pleated lace and small lace trim. The skirt is made of bubble chiffon (a chiffon of a bit thicker and textured quality). The piece has puff sleeves and large bell sleeve ends. The back has two filigree silver tone metal buttons and the front has a vintage sterling silver brooch and the piece closes at the front with eye and hook fastening and vintage style silver tone metal clasps ^-^
